For two full days, the enthusiasm and confidence of young women set the tone for the successful G! Market 2026, held on June 27–28, 2026, at Melting Pop at M Bloc Space in South Jakarta. With the theme “G!rls in Power” and the tagline “Genuinely Gorgeous & Growing,” the event offered beauty and lifestyle experiences that were not only entertaining but also inspired Gen Z women to boldly express themselves and continue to grow.

Organized by students from the 2023 cohort of the Meeting, Incentive, Conference, and Exhibition (MICE) Program at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ), G! Market 2026 featured 26 vendors across various categories, ranging from beauty, fashion items, accessories, and perfume to food and beverages. The presence of these diverse brands and creative entrepreneurs makes G! Market 2026 a collaborative space that brings together trends, creativity, and community in one enjoyable experience.

The event opened with remarks from the Head of the PNJ MICE Program, M. Iqbal Katik R.E., S.ST., M.P.Par., who stated that G! Market 2026 is a form of practice-based learning that provides students with real-world experience in professionally managing an event.

“Through this Exhibition Management course, students don’t just design creative concepts on paper or conduct simulations in the classroom. They are required to get hands-on, analyze the market, and turn those ideas into a professional and accountable exhibition,” he said.

Anticipation for the main event has been building through a series of pre-event activities held both online and offline. On the first day, Saturday (June 27), visitors enjoyed the exhibition area, which featured a variety of interactive activities. A variety of engaging activities took place throughout the day, ranging from the “Soda-lightful Studio” workshop with Whimzy Lab—which invited participants to make jelly candles—to the G! Power Talk session titled “Pretty for Who?: Rethinking Beauty Pressure” featuring Mayla, a beauty influencer who discussed the pressures of beauty standards in the digital age and the importance of fostering self-acceptance among young women.

The fun continued with a beauty class hosted by BRASOV x Mayla, featuring various makeup and self-care tips, as well as a G! Charm Lab workshop with Day of Art, offering a creative experience in making bag charms. The event’s atmosphere grew even more lively with booth activations that gave tenants the opportunity to showcase their products, G!veaways & Lucky Draws, and a special performance by the band Treasure Under Mind, which wrapped up the first day’s activities.

On the second day, Sunday (June 28), G! Market 2026 once again presented a variety of interactive activities that were just as engaging. The event kicked off with the “Bloomin’ Era” workshop with Sémalanya, which invited participants to explore their creativity through pipe flower arrangements. Next, the G! Power Talk session, themed “Mirror Mirror on the Wall, Is Your Style Saying It All?” featured Dara Azzahra (Fashion Influencer), Wilda Amelia (Fashion Design Instructor), and Rifa Dzahabiyyah (Fashion Stylist) from Sparks Fashion Academy, who discussed fashion as a form of self-expression and a representation of personal identity.

In the afternoon, the #OnedoorCreates workshop on K-pop journaling served as a creative outlet for participants to express their interests and hobbies through journaling. The participants’ enthusiasm continued during the “Bead-fully Yours” workshop, which offered a hands-on experience making beaded bracelets. As the highlight of the celebration, visitors enjoyed a G! Noraebang session with RCA Music, which created a festive atmosphere during the closing ceremony of G! Market 2026.

Over the two-day event, G! Market 2026 successfully attracted more than 2,000 visitors who participated in a variety of activities, ranging from exhibitions, workshops, and talk shows to other interactive activities. The high level of visitor enthusiasm demonstrates that women—particularly Gen Z—are increasingly in need of spaces that not only follow trends but also support personal growth, creativity, and connections within the community.
