Nusantara Food & Hotel (NFH) Expo Surabaya 2026 officially opened on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at Grand City Convex Surabaya. Making its debut in Surabaya, NFH Expo 2026 will take place for four days through September 20, bringing together a wide range of brands, products, and activities related to the needs of the food & beverage (F&B) and hospitality industries.


The opening of NFH Expo Surabaya 2026 began with a speech by Rafidi Iqra Muhamad, Director of PT Debindo Global Expo, who explained the background and objectives behind bringing NFH Expo to Surabaya. The exhibition is part of the NFH Expo 2026 series and expands opportunities for industry stakeholders to connect across East Java.


According to PT Debindo Global Expo Director Rafidi Iqra Muhamad, the debut of NFH Expo in Surabaya highlights East Java’s growing market needs by providing a dedicated space for hospitality and F&B professionals to network, collaborate, and share industry knowledge. East Java Vice Governor Dr. H. Emil Elestianto Dardak emphasized the event’s strategic alignment with the province's economic trajectory, "The F&B and hospitality sectors are central to East Java’s regional identity and commercial potential. Sustaining our momentum across tourism, culinary enterprises, and broader economic development hinges on a thriving hospitality industry. NFH Expo Surabaya serves as a critical catalyst to unite stakeholders and spark cross-sector collaboration across East Java."



Following the speeches, the opening ceremony continued with a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially mark the opening of NFH Expo Surabaya 2026. The ceremony was attended by Dr. H. Emil Elestianto Dardak, Rafidi Iqra Muhamad, Isnawan Budi Prasetyo, Chairman of the East Java Regional Leadership Board (DPD) of the Indonesian Catering Service Providers Association (PPJI), Iwan Winardi, Foreign Cooperation Committee of GAPMMI, and Chef Apriana Savitri, Traditional Culinary Enthusiast, Consultant, Chef Owner of Avie Snack & Banquet and Baker's Nest, and representative of ACP Surabaya.


This official ribbon-cutting marked the launch of NFH Expo Surabaya 2026, opening a vital marketplace designed to accelerate East Java’s thriving culinary and hospitality sectors. Day one drew strong engagement from prominent brands. For instance, GEA GETRA, Lee Kum Kee, Fomac & Powerpack, Dawa Minuman Rempah, and The Biji Kopi unveiled advanced commercial solutions. Spanning essential ingredients, specialized coffee products, and high-grade kitchen equipment, the exhibits provide regional operators of hotels, cafés, and restaurants with the ingredients needed to scale. For East Java’s business community, the showcase serves as direct access to new technologies and commercial opportunities to support the province's economic momentum.

Beyond the exhibition area, NFH Expo Surabaya 2026 features a variety of activities throughout the four-day event. Visitors can take part in product showcases, product demonstrations, and other activities held across the exhibition area. These activities offer visitors opportunities to see products in action and gain information directly from exhibitors. Interactions among brands, business owners, professionals, communities, and visitors are an integral part of the NFH Expo Surabaya experience.


The Surabaya edition continues the NFH Expo 2026 series following its previous edition in Jakarta. The Jakarta edition recorded more than 25,000 visitors over four days and featured more than 186 brands from various sectors of the F&B and hospitality industries. With its debut in Surabaya, the NFH Expo 2026 series now extends its reach to industry stakeholders across East Java and surrounding areas. The exhibition brings together a diverse range of products, industry needs, and developments in one space, providing direct access for business owners and visitors to explore the F&B and hospitality landscape.


From 17–20 September 2026, visitors can explore a wide range of products and solutions, experience product showcases and demonstrations, and interact directly with the brands and industry professionals participating at Grand City Convex Surabaya. Having Surabaya as the host of NFH Expo 2026 will be a stepstone into a more advanced F&B industry. Through the exhibition and its various activities, NFH Expo Surabaya 2026 brings together different stakeholders within the F&B and hospitality ecosystem in East Java.


NFH Expo Surabaya 2026 is open to business owners, professionals, communities, and the general public and can be visited free of charge until 20 September 2026 at Grand City Convex Surabaya.
